ORDER

The record has not been filed in this appeal. Appellant asserts the trial court signed a final judgment on February 18, 2020, and he filed a motion for new trial on March 18, 2020. Based on these assertions, the notice of appeal was due on May 18, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.1(a).

On May 19, 2020, Appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file a notice of appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.3. The next day, Appellant filed his notice of appeal.

Appellant's motion for extension of time to file a notice of appeal is GRANTED. Appellant's notice of appeal is deemed timely filed. See id.
