Appeal from a decision by the named defendant revoking the plaintiff's cafe liquor permit, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Stengel, J., judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
