Pomerol Management LLC, Appellant, v. Steven Nathaniel Permaul Seubarran, individually, Britany Stidham, individually, and All Others in Possession, Appellees.

Philippe Revah of Edelboim Lieberman Revah Oshinsky PLLC, Miami, for Appellant.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.

On appeal from the County Court for Clay County. Kristina K. Mobley, Judge.

Philippe Revah of Edelboim Lieberman Revah Oshinsky PLLC, Miami, for Appellant.

No appearance for Appellees.

PER CURIAM

This appeal was transferred from the circuit court to this Court pursuant to a jurisdictional change. Prior to the transfer, on November 23, 2020, the circuit court, sitting in its appellate capacity, issued an order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for failure to file an initial brief in compliance with Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(e). The rule requires an initial brief be accompanied by an appendix. Appellant has still failed to provide this Court with an appendix. The order on appeal is valid on its face and Appellant's claims require review of evidence not provided. Because the trial court's judgment comes to us with a presumption of correctness, we affirm.

AFFIRMED.

RAY, WINOKUR, and LONG, JJ., concur.
