April 21, 1952.

Present — Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ.


On the court's own motion, the decision handed down on April 14, 1952 [ ante, p. 1019], is amended by striking therefrom the phrase "with costs to abide the event," and substituting therefor the phrase "with costs to appellant to abide the event." An amended order will be entered accordingly.
