ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing on November 1, 2021, for cases in which Baltimore, Maryland is listed as the place of trial. On October 22, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the format and timing of the trial.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that trial of this case will commence at a date and time certain of November 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET at the remote trial session of the Court for cases in which Baltimore, Maryland is listed as the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall refer to the June 2, 2021, Notice of Trial containing comprehensive instructions on how to participate in aforementioned trial.
