Pollack v. Stern

Supreme Court of Florida
Oct 7, 1964
167 So. 2d 865 (Fla. 1964)

Opinion

No. 33283.

October 7, 1964.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Sams, Anderson, Alper Spencer and J.H. Kaiser, Miami, for petitioner.

James F. Minnet and Minnet, Allsworth, Doumar, Schuler Elliott, Fort Lauderdale, for Paul A. Stern, Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for Florida Industrial Commission, respondents.

We have examined the record and briefs and have heard oral arguments. We find that in the entry of the Order under attack the respondent Commission did not deviate from the essential requirements of the law. The writ of certiorari is therefore denied.

It is so ordered.

DREW, C.J., and THORNAL, O'CONNELL, CALDWELL and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
