KERRY M. POLIZZI, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

On August 13, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 18) and advised that the parties have settled this case. The Status Report further advises that petitioner called respondent and indicated that she received, signed, and returned the documents. The Status Report also advises that respondent has not yet received the documents.

Respondent requested sixty days to file them with the Court. While the Court appreciates the request, a period of thirty days should be sufficient to file the documents. If the parties need more than thirty days, they may file a status report that apprises the Court of the status of the case and requests additional time. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 15, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
