On November 21, 2024, appellees filed motions to dismiss appellants Herbert Lawrence Polinard's and William Ian Malcomson's appeals. The motions to dismiss are carried with the appeal.
On November 22, 2024, appellees filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file the appellees' brief. The motion for extension of time is GRANTED. The appellees' brief is due on or before January 15, 2025.
