Herbert Lawrence POLINARD, Jr., Appellant v. Jo Ann KARAMBIS, Margaret Comparin, Ronaldo Dunagan, Lynda C. Spence and EXPRealty, LLC, Appellees

From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2018-CI-11887 Honorable Antonia Arteaga, Judge Presiding

ORDER

BETH WATKINS, JUSTICE

Appellant's brief was originally due on May 8, 2024. We granted appellant's first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to June 10, 2024. On June 3, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the brief until July 15, 2024, and we granted appellant's motion.

On July 11, 2024, appellant requested a third extension of time until August 12, 2024, for a total extension of 95 days. Appellant's motion represents that the parties have reached an agreement to settle their dispute and require additional time to finalize the settlement documents. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file either his brief or a status report by August 12, 2024. No further requests for extension of time to file the brief will be considered absent extraordinary circumstances.
