POLICEMEN'S BENEVOLENT LABOR COMMITTEE, petitioner, v. COUNTY OF COOK et al., respondents.


Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its February 20, 2020 order in Policemen's Benevolent Labor Committee v. County of Cook and Sheriff of Cook County, No. 1-19-2209, which dismissed the petitioner's action for direct administrative review on unnamed respondent Illinois Labor Relations Board's motion. The court is further directed to reinstate the petition for review, allow the petitioner to amend its, petition, and consider the matter on its merits.
