This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022, for cases where Cincinnati, Ohio is the place of Trial.

On January 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed January 14, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the February 14, 2022, Cincinnati, Ohio trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
