Polanco v. Polanco

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

109 So. 3d 212 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2013)

Opinion

No. 2D12–5904.

2013-02-12

Jennifer POLANCO, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Enrique D. POLANCO, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As it appears that the proceedings in the circuit court relative to the petitioner's petition for dissolution of marriage are progressing, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Cf. Munn v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 807 So.2d 733 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002). This denial is without prejudice to the petitioner to file a new petition for writ of mandamus if the circuit court has not entered a final order on the petition within 90 days of the date of this order.

CASANUEVA, KELLY, and VILLANTI, JJ., Concur.
