PATRICIA ANN POL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On April 26, 2023, petitioner filed electronically, a Motion to Proceed Remotely, that complies with the Court's Rules and the Court's DAWSON User Guides available on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov. On that same date, petitioner filed a second Motion to Proceed Remotely, in paper form which appears duplicative of the first filed motion. Because petitioner's first-filed motion was properly efiled using the combination of petitioner's username and password which serves as petitioner's signature, we will strike the second filed-motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's second filed motion at docket entry #8, is hereby stricken from the record in this case.
