Appeal by plaintiff, on grounds of inadequacy, from a small claims judgment of the Civil Court, Kings County (A. Schack, J.), entered on March 27, 2003, following a trial, awarding her $500.

Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs.

PRESENT: PESCE, P.J., PATTERSON and GOLIA, JJ.


In our opinion, substantial justice was done between the parties according to the rules and principles of substantive law (CCA 1804, 1807) in this small claims action seeking the return of a security deposit.
