ORDER

By order of April 23, 2021, the Oakland Circuit Court was directed to conduct an evidentiary hearing and to submit a transcript of that hearing, together with its findings, concerning the appellant's allegation that her signature on the parties' January 31, 2018 settlement agreement was involuntary. On order of the Court, the transcript and findings having been received, the application for leave to appeal the January 30, 2020 judgment of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
