In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when he was struck by an automobile owned by defendant Bruggeman and operated by defendant Lowrie, the court dismissed the complaint on the merits at the close of the entire case. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
