Based on the amendment to the assignment of Social Security cases at the Dayton location of court in light of the impending retirement of Patricia A. Zimmer, the undersigned hereby RECUSES himself from further participation in this case and directs the Clerk to reassign the case at random to one of the other Magistrate Judges at Dayton.
