ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On October 17, 2023, the Court dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction for failure to pay the filing fee. On October 30, 2023, petitioners paid the filing fee and the Court entered an order vacating the Order of Dismissal.

On December 14, 2023, respondent filed a Motin to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not timely filed. By Order served December 21, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion, on or before January 11, 2024.

On January 9, 2024, petitioners electronically filed a Notice of Objection to Order of Dismissal that is a blank petition form.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Notice of Objection to Order of Dismissal, filed January 9, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion is extended to February 1, 2024.
