James K. Poe Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session that was scheduled to begin in Little Rock, Arkansas, on April 6, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge.

On October 7, 2021, the Court issued an order directing the parties to file either a stipulated decision or a joint status report by December 6, 2021. It appears that the parties need additional time to do so. We will give the parties an extension to file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the due date for which the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report is now extended until March 1, 2022.
