ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
The Court has under consideration the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate on Plaintiff's Brief in Support of Plaintiff's Request for Relief, filed March 22, 2002, Defendant's Motion to Reverse and Remand, filed May 29, 2002, and Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion to Reverse and Remand, filed June 13, 2002. No objections were filed. The District Court reviewed the proposed Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation for plain error. Finding none, the Court accepts the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
Defendant's Motion to Reverse and Remand is GRANTED and the case is remanded for reconsideration. The Commissioner shall reevaluate step five and determine whether Plaintiff retains the residual functional capacity to obtain and maintain other work that exists in significant numbers in the national economy, giving full consideration and appropriate weight to the evidence in the record pertaining to Plaintiff's physical and mental limitations.
JUDGMENT
The Court has entered its Order Accepting the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge in this case. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendant's Motion to Reverse and Remand is GRANTED and the case is remanded for reconsideration.
