Order denying in part and granting in part plaintiff's motion to vacate notice of examination before trial, in so far as appealed from, and order denying in part and granting in part plaintiff's motion for a bill of particulars, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Examination to proceed on five days' notice at place and hour stated in order. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Scudder, JJ., concur.
