ORDER It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a motion for reconsideration as within time (M-263) is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration of the Court's order denying the motion to proceed as indigent (M-264) is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that defendant shall submit the required filing fees for the notice of petition for certification, notice of appeal, and motion to file as within time, on or before December 1, 2023.
