On June 15, 2023, appellant PMEB Medical Billing, LP filed its appellant's brief. After this Court granted extensions to file their briefs, appellees Koronis Revenue Solutions, LLC, Bradley England, Susan Nealy, had a briefing deadline of September 18, 2023 in which to file their briefs, but no briefs have been filed. On October 17, 2023, we notified appellees that we would set the case for submission without appellees' briefs unless appellees filed (1) a motion to extend time to file their briefs or (2) their briefs accompanied by a motion to extend time. Appellees have neither filed a motion to extend time or appellees' briefs. Accordingly, the case is hereby set at issue.
The time for filing the APPELLEES' briefs has expired. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b). Further, appellees' deadline for responding to the notice issued by this Court on October 17, 2023, requiring appellees to file either a brief or a motion to extend time to file their briefs, has expired. Accordingly, this case is now at issue and ready to be set for submission.
It is so ORDERED.
