Appeal No. 17 WAP 2005 from the Order of the Commonwealth Court entered May 4, 2005 dismissing exceptions to Order entered October 29, 2004 at No. 849 FR 2001, 860 A.2d 1155 (Pa.Cmwlth. 2004) affirming the Order of the Department of Finance and Revenue entered November 16, 2001 at No. 0026378.
