On August 2, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment together with a Declaration of Chelsey M. Pearson in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary. On February 23, 2022, this case was assigned to the undersigned judge for disposition of respondent's motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, the parties shall jointly or separately, report to the Court as to the then current status of this case and (1) what issues remain for decision if respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is granted, and (2) what issues for decision remain if respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is denied.
