It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on the condition that respondent-appellant: (1) perfects his appeals by the October 2020 Term, the filing deadline for which is August 12, 2020; (2) pays petitioner- landlord, within 10 days after service of a copy of this order, use and occupancy arrears in the amount of $15,913, representing use and occupancy arrears through June 2020; (3) pays petitioner-landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $877 on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-landlord may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal, and
It is further Ordered that the appeal may proceed on the original record and handwritten briefs.
