Appeal from the decision by the defendant suspending the plaintiff's license to operate a motor vehicle, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Maloney, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Robert J. McKay and Gregory A. Thompson filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Richard Blumenthal, attorney general, and Robert T. Morrin, assistant attorney general, filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).
