On March 8, 2023, the Court received from petitioner a document titled "Petitioner's Motion Requesting the Court to Order the Clerk to Provide Petitioner the Contact Information of the Court Reporter Assigned to the December 16, 2022 Remote Proceeding of this Case, and Extensions of Time in Which the Parties are to File Their Opening and Answering Briefs Due to the Actions of the Clerk". We will recharacterize this as petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time.
On March 13, 2023, the Court received from petitioner a document titled "Petitioner's Motion Directed to the Tax Court Chief Judge Kathleen Kerrigan to Remove Judge Richard Morrison From Further Participation in this Case in Order to Preserve the Honesty and Integrity of the United States Tax Court". We will recharacterize this as petitioner's Motion for Recusal of Judge.
