ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On September 14, 2022, in the above-docketed matter the Court Entered and Served a Decision. However, upon review of the docket record and of the decision it was noted that the amount owed by petitioner in the Notice of Deficiency was lower than the amount owed by petitioner in the Proposed Decision. After discussion about this matter with respondent it was agreed that respondent had errored and the Decision was erroneous and should be vacated so respondent can file a new one with the correct amount owed by petitioner.

Accordingly, the foregoing premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Decision Entered and served September 14, 2022, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2022, respondent shall submit to the Court a corrected stipulated decision.
