ORDER AND REFERRAL TO SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The above-entitled matter is hereby referred to the magistrate judge to conduct a Settlement Conference on or before June 11, 2004, pursuant to DUCivR 16-3(b) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Any objection to this order must filed within ten days. Settlement proceedings in this matter will be governed by the provisions of DUCivR 16-3, including its provisions on the confidentiality of Settlement Conferences and the requirement that a person or representative with full settlement authority is available during the settlement conference. This referral does not affect any deadlines scheduled in this case.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that counsel shall, on or before May 11, 2004, jointly contact the magistrate judge to whom this case is referred for settlement to set the date and time of the Settlement Conference.
