DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 30, 2014, to vacate the order appealed from and the warrant, to hold the deemed lease renewal void and the preferential lease controlling, and to recalculate appellant's arrears under a preferential lease.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
