On October 17, 2023, DeVon D. Dunn-the only current counsel of record for respondent in this case-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The Motion states that Mr. Dunn left respondent's employ on September 29, 2023, and identifies Brianna B. Taylor as his former manager.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2023, Brianna B. Taylor shall file an entry of appearance for respondent in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order upon Brianna B. Taylor.
