ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


Before the Court is Danco Electrical's counterclaim for breach of contract, intentional interference with existing and potential economic relations, slander, and abuse of lien right in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 38-1-25. Danco Electrical is hereby ordered to show cause why these claims should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Danco Electrical is directed to respond in writing within five (5) days from the date of this order and inform the Court of the status of the case and their intention to proceed. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of the counterclaim.
