An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 2, 2020, And plaintiffs/counterclaim defendants-appellants having moved for the extension of a certain notice of lis pendens pending hearing and determination of the aforementioned appeal (M-2229), And plaintiffs/counterclaim defendants-appellants having moved in an identical motion for the same relief (M-2247), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are denied in their entirety.
