STIPULATION FOR REMAND AND ORDER THEREON
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto through their respective counsel, as follows:
1. The Commissioner has agreed to a voluntary remand of the above-mentioned case for further administrative action pursuant to sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On remand the administrative law judge (ALJ) will hold a new hearing and obtain supplemental vocational expert testimony to determine whether there are a significant number of jobs that Plaintiff can perform. The ALJ will ask the vocational expert to provide specific numbers of each job that is identified.
2. A separate judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 58 shall be entered by the Clerk of the Court.
ORDER
IT IS SO ORDERED. A separate judgment shall be entered by the Clerk of the Court pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 58.
