JUDGMENT


For the reasons set out in an order filed today, plaintiff's claims against Defendants Michael C. Mills, Thomas E. Stuckey, Jay Laflair, and Peter Kerwin for civil rights violations under Bivens v. Six Unknown Agents of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971), and for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress under Texas law are dismissed with prejudice.

The court expressly determines that there is no just reason for delay and directs the clerk of court to enter this as a final judgment. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b).

SO ORDERED.
