On March 24, 2023, respondent filed in the above-docked matter at Docket Entry #12 a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Response to Order by 3-22-23, the Attorney Signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for Respondent Shall File an Entry of Appearance in This Case. and simultaneously lodged therewith at Docket Entry #13 the corresponding Response to Order by 3-22-23, the Attorney Signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for Respondent Shall File an Entry of Appearance in This Case. The motion explained an inadvertent neglect and complications with the filing of the Entry of Appearance.

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Response to Order by 3-22-23, the Attorney Signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for Respondent Shall File an Entry of Appearance in This Case, lodged March 24, 2023, at Docket Entry #13 as of the date of this Order is served. It is further
ORDERED that the duplicative documents filed March 24, 2023, at Docket Entries #14 and 15 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
