ORDER

Pursuant to the Unopposed Motion for Leave to File an Amici Curiae Brief filed by Forward Montana, If/When/How, and Indigenous Women Rising, there being no opposition, and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The Brief lodged by the proposed Amici on December 1, 2023, shall be filed by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and served by Amici on all parties.
