ORDER
The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review.
The motions to permit out-of-state attorneys H. Christopher Bartolomucci and Cristina Martinez Squiers to appear and practice on behalf of Michigan House of Representatives and Michigan Senate are GRANTED for this case only, effective on the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. However, Nicholas P. Miller (P70694) will appear as counsel of record for these parties and shall submit an electronic copy of this order to the State Bar of Michigan within seven days. MCR 8.126(A).
