We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated April 6, 2018 we abated this appeal and ordered the trial judge to make written findings of fact and conclusions of law. A supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's written findings of fact and conclusions of law was filed on April 30, 2018.
Pursuant to this Court's April 6th order, appellant shall file any amended brief by May 30, 2018. Appellee shall file an amended brief within thirty days after any amended brief filed by appellant.
