The parties have filed an agreed motion to dismiss this appeal. We grant the agreed motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). As requested by the parties, we set aside the trial court's order denying PlainsCapital Bank's motion to compel arbitration, and we remand the case to the trial court with instructions to order the parties to arbitration in accordance with the parties' agreements. See id.
