This case is calendared for trial at the November 7, 2022, Seattle, Washington, Trial Session of the Court.

On October 5, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (Index #10) (motion), as well as a duplicate Motion for Continuance document (Index #11). In respondent's motion, respondent noted that petitioner raised that in her petition for the first time that she was entitled to relief from joint and several liability for tax year 2018 under I.R.C. § 6015(f).

After receiving documentation from petitioner regarding her claim, respondent requested additional time to consider the claim. In the motion respondent further requested that this case be removed from the November 7, 2022, Seattle, Washington, docket and restored to the general trial docket. Petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 24, 2022, file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's duplicate Motion for Continuance (Index #11) is stricken from the Court's record.
