This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On March 5, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to compel discovery. On March 24, 2022, the parties filed a motion for continuance, requesting therein that the undersigned retain jurisdiction of this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion to compel discovery filed March 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed March 24, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Knoxville, Tennessee, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 23, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
