PRESENT:

Petitioner-respondent having moved pursuant to CPLR 5519 (c)to vacate, limit, or modify the automatic stay currently in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519 (a) (1) with respect to the appeals taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 22, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the automatic stay shall be deemed vacated without further order if the appeals by Village of Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals and

Village of Pittsford Architectural Preservation and Review

Board are not perfected on or before July 17, 2019.
