On January 3, 2024, the Court received from petitioner a Letter that appears to request reimbursement from the Court of various expenses incurred by petitioner in 2023. The above-docketed matter was closed by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered December 28, 2022, and such disposition is now final.

The premises considered, it is ORDERED that petitioner's Letter is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
