JUDGMENT


It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendant's motion to remand under sentence four is granted; and that this cause is hereby remanded to the Commissioner for the issuance of a favorable decision finding the Claimant disabled under Rule 203.10 of the medical vocational Guidelines, and for payment of benefits. No costs are taxed.

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
