ORDER


After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.

It is ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for an Award of Attorney's Fees Pursuant to EAJA is hereby GRANTED, and that the award is limited to the EAJA rate of $117.00 per hour, resulting in an award of $1,053.00.

JUDGMENT

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff's Motion for an Award of Attorney's Fees Pursuant to EAJA is hereby GRANTED, and that the award is limited to the EAJA rate of $117.00 per hour, resulting in an award of $1,053.00. No costs are taxed.
