ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated June 11, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 2, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "July 8, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 9, 2013."
