BEFORE: PARRO, WELCH AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The April 16, 2013 judgment is reversed insofar as it orders a functional capacity examination of the plaintiff by the physical therapist, Trevor Bardarson. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1464; Williams v. Smith, 90-1607 (La. 11/11/91), 576 So.2d 448. The matter is remanded for proceedings consistent with this action.
