In re: Athalee Pitre, wife of/and Christopher Scully applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.


Writ denied. No error of law has been shown by applicant.

TATE and DIXON, JJ., dissent. The case should be remanded to the trial court for it to reconsider its ruling in the light of Hill v. Green, 275 So.2d 407 (La.Sup.Ct. 1973).
